Can I Track Orders?

Yes, all FedEx and UPS orders are trackable from our website. Here is a link to order tracking.

Most Super Saver and Postal Orders aren't trackable. We do use delivery confirmation for most Postal and Super Saver Orders.

Will I Get An Email Confirmation Of My Order?

Yes. Usually within a short time after you place your order to the email address on your account. It shows what you ordered and what shipping method you chose. If you can't wait, look at the top of the page for your customer notes (USER NOTES) and click on that link. You'll find a link to your last order as well links to your order history.

How Long Does It Take To Get My Order?

Super Saver

Super Saver Orders usually ship within 1 to 2 business days. Delivery can be 3 to 12 days after the order leaves our warehouse. Delivery is via the US Postal Service Monday thru Saturday for most orders under a pound. Larger orders usually ship UPS Ground and Delivery is Monday thru Friday and can take 1 to 5 days after the order leaves our warehouse.

UPS Ground

UPS Ground Orders placed on or before 4PM EST usually ship the same day. Delivery is usually 1 to 5 days after the order leaves our warehouse. UPS delivers Monday thru Friday.

FedEx Air

All Fedex Air Orders placed on before 4PM EST will ship the same day, or next business day if a weekend or holiday. Delivery is 1 to 3 days after the order leaves our warehouse depending the the service chosen. FedEx delivers Monday thru Friday.

APO Orders

APO Orders usually ship within 1 to 2 business days. Deliveries cannot be estimated due to end delivery point.

Postal Service

Postal Service Orders usually ship within 1 to 2 business days. Delivery can be 3 to 12 days after the order leaves our warehouse.

International Mail

International Mail Orders usually ship within 1 to 2 business days. Depending on your country it could take 1 to 4 weeks for you to receive your order. VAT, GST, or Customs Fees, if any are the responsibility of the buyer. Sorry, but we cannot assume to know how much if any fees for International packages. Please check with your country's Customs Office, or Postal Service for more information.
